From there, you’ll see a list of Delta Dental companies that you can contact. Choose the one you wish to use and click “continue.” Delta will route you to more options, including getting a quote, finding a dentist and viewing various informational videos.

Scroll to the bottom of the Delta Dental home page and click “contact us.” Enter your state and click “go.” Next, you’ll see a customer service inquiry form with a toll free phone number, a fax number, physical address and email address. Use any of these options for reaching out to Delta Dental.
